Robust Hand-Crank Noodle Press

Overall dimensions: 28.5 cm (L) × 12 cm (W) × 10 cm (H); unit weight: 1.4 kg; designed for repeat home use with standard egg-flour doughs. Primary structure formed from solid, anodised aluminium alloy — offering superior hardness and surface integrity compared to cast aluminium, with verified resistance to pitting, scratching and moisture-induced degradation. Non-porous surface prevents dough residue build-up and allows cleaning in under 60 seconds. The extended lever operates via a hardened steel pivot joint, delivering reliable force transmission across thousands of cycles. Clamp assembly includes micrometre-style adjustment and soft-grip jaw inserts — securing the press to tables from 1.5 cm up to 5 cm edge depth without surface marking. Practical for UK lifestyles: cut average noodle prep time from 25+ minutes (rolling + cutting) to under 4 minutes; encourage screen-free family interaction through tactile dough handling and pressing; deploy easily in compact London flats, university kitchens or holiday rentals where appliance storage and energy use are tightly constrained.
