Reusable Graphite Ingot Mold 1.3cm Depth

Two reusable graphite ingot molds, each with external dimensions of 5.00 × 5.00 × 1.30 cm and an internal cavity matching those measurements. The graphite grade used delivers compressive strength >25 MPa at room temperature and retains >85% of that strength at 1000°C. Cavity depth is intentionally shallow (1.3 cm) to encourage rapid, directional solidification—ideal for producing dense, fine-grained ingots suitable for spectrographic analysis or wire-drawing feedstock. Surface hardness is Rockwell B85–90, resisting scratching from metal tongs or light tool contact. No coating or seasoning required; ready to use straight from packaging. Recommended for use in well-ventilated areas with appropriate PPE when handling molten metal.
