Each unit consists of a custom-formed aluminium support plate laminated between two layers of breathable, abrasion-resistant nylon hook-and-loop tape. Total length: 8.5 cm; width at widest point: 4.5 cm; thickness: 3.2 mm. Net weight per piece: 12 g. The dual-loop configuration allows independent adjustment for the hallux and second toe — critical for users with overlapping or rotated toes. Fully machine-washable at 30°C (gentle cycle), though hand-washing extends lifespan. Fits securely inside most UK women’s and men’s formal, casual and supportive footwear — verified across sizes UK 3–11 (EU 36–45). To use: cleanse and dry feet, place device so aluminium lies along the medial border of the big toe and second toe, then tighten each loop separately for balanced hold.
