Reusable Beeswax Sourdough Storage

Set of two large-format (17 x 12 inches) bread bags made from 100% organic cotton, sealed with a natural beeswax, jojoba oil, and tree resin coating. The material is thick enough to resist tearing yet supple enough to fold and seal snugly around irregular loaf shapes. Fully washable and designed for hundreds of uses. The breathable barrier actively manages moisture vapour transmission — letting excess humidity escape while retaining sufficient internal dampness to prevent crust hardening and crumb drying. Especially effective for high-hydration sourdoughs, rye loaves, and laminated pastries. Use at room temperature for short-term freshness, freeze for extended shelf life, or carry to farmers’ markets and gatherings — all while replacing disposable paper or plastic with one durable, compostable-end-of-life solution.
