Description

Features: Before the test, remove the protective soaking bottle or rubber sleeve with soaking solution on the electrode, immerse the measuring end of the electrode in distilled water, stir and clean, then take out the electrode, and dry the residual distilled water with filter paper. Observe whether the inside of the sensitive bulb is completely filled with liquid. If any bubbles are found, the measuring end of the electrode should be gently shaken down to remove the bubbles in the sensitive bulb. For the liquid-filling pH composite electrode, the small plug of the liquid-filling hole should be removed, and the liquid-filling hole should be measured in the open state, which will help to further speed up the response speed and test accuracy of the electrode. The external reference solution will be consumed after a period of use of the liquid-filled composite electrode. When the height of the solution in the tube is lower than the half height of the outer tube, the external reference solution in the vial in the electrode packaging box should be filled with a syringe into the liquid filling hole. The external reference solution must be specified on the label of the vial. If the incorrect solution is added, the electrode will be damaged and cannot be used. The electrode damaged due to the wrong solution is not guaranteed.
