Reinforced Measuring Pastry Mat

Size: 60 x 40 cm (23.6 x 15.7 inches); thickness: 0.6 mm; material: food-grade silicone with embedded glass fibre mesh; heat resistance: up to 244°C (480°F). The bottom surface has a deep-textured non-slip pattern engineered to grip laminate, stainless steel and marble countertops without adhesive or clamps. A permanent, fade-resistant measurement grid covers the entire working area in both metric and imperial units. The increased 0.6 mm thickness ensures rigidity and resistance to wrinkling — delivering twice the stability of typical 0.3 mm mats. Clean-up is effortless: simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Also ideal for oven lining, protecting delicate surfaces during prep, and tempering chocolate due to its even heat distribution and non-stick properties.
