This bicycle tube repair kit delivers dependable, glue-free patching through intelligent mechanical preparation and advanced adhesion. Made from durable polycarbonate (PC) and thermoplastic rubber (TR), it includes 18 total parts: round patches (1.14 in / 2.9 cm Ø), square patches (2.13 × 1.42 in / 5.4 × 3.6 cm), two robust tyre levers, and a dedicated rasp tool (5.24 × 2.95 × 0.95 in / 13.3 × 7.5 × 2.4 cm). The rasp thoroughly abrades the tube surface to expose fresh rubber and enhance micro-grip, enabling the high-tack self-adhesive patches to form an immediate, resilient bond without solvents or drying time. All components nest securely in a compact, labelled storage box — optimised for bikepacking, commuting, or club ride support. Slight dimensional variation (±1–2 cm) may occur due to manual measurement; colour representation depends on display calibration. Ships in protective bubble wrap only — no retail packaging.
