Quiet Durable Elliptical Tensioner

This brake tensioner replaces worn or failed resistance control components in home elliptical machines. Measures 8.2 cm × 5.6 cm × 3.1 cm and weighs 142 g. Made from high-grade reinforced polymer housing paired with stainless-steel pivot pins and tension arms. Functions by translating motor output into calibrated mechanical force on the brake band or friction pad, restoring accurate resistance level selection. Fits ellipticals using standard motorised resistance systems — verified compatibility across major UK-sold home brands (e.g., ProForm, NordicTrack, Horizon, Sole entry-level models). Suitable for regular home use, seasonal maintenance, or urgent failure resolution without disassembly of core drive assemblies.
