Replacement power ON/OFF switch board designed specifically for PlayStation 3 Super Slim (model CECH-4000 series) and PS3 4K-compatible consoles. Dimensions and pin layout match original OEM specifications. Constructed with standard PCB material for reliable signal transmission and thermal stability. Weighs approximately 12 grams. Compatible only with PS3 Super Slim (CECH-4000) — not suitable for earlier PS3 models (e.g., Fat or Slim CECH-2000/2500/3000 series) or PS4/PS5. This board enables full power button functionality — turning the console on and off via the front panel switch. It restores original tactile response and electrical continuity when the factory-installed board has failed due to wear, moisture damage, or solder joint fatigue. Intended for use in home repair scenarios where the existing power switch no longer responds, the console fails to power on despite having power supply voltage, or intermittent startup behaviour is observed. Requires physical replacement inside the console chassis.
