Good tools to keep flavor and texture while dough rising. EASY TO USE: Sprinkle the proofing basket or linen liner lightly with water and then flour it a lot. Cover the linen liner inside of the banneton to minimize stickiness or cover the sourdough during proofing stage. EASY TO CLEAN: Turn the proofing basket upside down to shake out excess flour, and then put it in open air to dry. NO NEED to wash the linen liner cloth after each use, just remove the flour and save it. The cloth liner is air dry, line dry (not machine dry).
