Engineered for precision control of brushed DC motors, this regulator functions across DC10–55V input and delivers stable linear output under load. Rated for continuous current up to 40A (60A peak), it uses 15 kHz current-adjustment speed control for responsive, low-noise performance. The unit mounts into a 129 × 81.5 mm panel cutout and connects via screw-type fence terminals. A backlit LCD presents real-time metrics: speed as percentage (0–100%), cumulative runtime, direction indicator (F/R), and current mode (manual/auto). Mode selection and parameter tuning—including slow start/stop (0–10 s), min/max speed bounds (0–80% / 0–100%), jog resolution (1–25%), total runtime cap (1s–99h59m59s), and auto-cycle phase durations—are performed using intuitive tactile controls. Automatic mode enables repeatable forward-run → pause → reverse-run sequences with independent timing per phase.
