20 cm overall length; 180 g weight. Solid stainless steel construction throughout — blades, springs, and handles — with no welds or bonded components. Blade edges are individually honed: one side with 12° bevel and fine serrations for clean cuts on soft tissue; the other with 18° bevel and robust serrations for mechanical advantage on dense materials. Pivot mechanism uses a stainless steel screw and washer system, enabling full blade separation in under 10 seconds. Handle curvature follows natural finger contour, with uniform thickness and polished finish for tactile feedback and slip resistance, even with wet or greasy hands.
