A purpose-built tool for serious home bakers and outdoor oven users, this 14-inch pizza peel features a 13.8 x 17.8 inch blade made from lightweight hard-anodised aluminium oxide — offering inherent oxidation resistance and excellent durability. Its perforated surface reduces friction and promotes airflow, aiding smooth dough release and faster cooling post-bake. The softly angled front edge supports reliable under-pizza engagement, even with delicate or oversized pies. With a 17-inch extended handle wrapped in heat-resistant silicone, it enables safe, confident operation at oven temperatures up to 500°C. A mechanically riveted blade-handle interface ensures lasting rigidity and zero wobble. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor pizza ovens, it should be cleaned by hand only to protect its finish and functional performance.
