Precision Woodworking Corner Arc Tool

A purpose-built aluminium template for creating clean, uniform chamfers at furniture corners — supporting radii from 100 mm up to 300 mm. Its symmetrical arc geometry allows identical treatment of both concave (internal) and convex (external) corners, with no flipping or recalibration needed. Dimensions are laser-verified during production to ensure repeatability within ±0.3 mm tolerance. The alloy grade selected balances stiffness and machinability, allowing fine surface finishing without compromising structural integrity. Its flat base ensures full contact with panel edges, reducing rocking or misalignment during operation.
