Fabricated from dense PLA, it maintains shape integrity after repeated contact with hammers and surfaces. Measured length is approximately 110 mm; width and thickness vary slightly per unit due to post-print sanding — always within functional tolerance. The nail notch is calibrated to accept diameters from 1.6 mm to 2.8 mm (common 3d–10d nails), with a fixed entry angle of ~88° to support near-vertical alignment. Suitable for interior fitting, shelving assembly, and decorative woodworking where clean, accurate starts matter most.
