A robust three-piece Morse taper reducer set comprising MT1–MT2 (92 mm / 3.62 in; Ø12 mm bottom hole), MT2–MT3 (112 mm / 4.41 in; Ø17 mm bottom hole), and MT3–MT4 (133 mm / 5.24 in; Ø23 mm bottom hole) adapters. Manufactured from 45 steel and hardened to HRC58 using an integral quenching method, each sleeve offers consistent hardness and structural integrity. The internal and external tapers are precision-ground for minimal radial runout and maximum contact area, supporting accurate, vibration-resistant tool mounting. Ideal for adapting tapered shank reamers, drills, and other MT-series tooling across different machine spindle sizes—especially where repeatability and torque transmission are essential in UK workshop or maintenance settings.
