Precision Heat Set Insert Tip TS100

A purpose-built heat set insert tip for TS100 soldering irons, designed for accurate thermal finishing of 3D printed and hand-crafted components. With a 3.5 mm diameter shank and ~25 mm overall length, it fits securely into standard TS100 collets. Made from durable stainless steel, it withstands repeated thermal cycling without oxidation or dimensional drift. Its working end features a clean, threaded geometry suited for inserting and seating metal inserts into thermoplastic parts. Supports fine control over heat delivery for deburring, trimming, contouring, and light punching on ABS, PLA, nylon, rubber, polystyrene, and soft wood. Packaged individually — no mounting hardware, instruction leaflets, or secondary tools included.
