Precision-Cut Marine Impeller

A high-fidelity replacement impeller for Jabsco Pump 22799-0001, manufactured to replicate original blade curvature, hub geometry, and dynamic balance. Outer diameter: 48 mm. Shaft bore: 12 mm. Three symmetrical vanes with polished leading edges to reduce drag and cavitation onset. Material: reinforced thermoplastic with proven resistance to saltwater hydrolysis and thermal cycling between -5°C and +60°C. Average unit weight: 42 g ±0.5 g. Every batch undergoes sampling for flow coefficient validation using calibrated bench testing at 2,800 RPM. Designed for integration into Jabsco’s Series 22799 pump housing without modification—compatible with all standard mounting hardware and gasket sets used across UK leisure boat fleets.
