Fully compatible with Wltoys 244016 and LOSI Micro-B 1/24 RC cars — dimensions validated against three separate production units to ensure no variance in fitment. Thickness held to 1.2mm ±0.05mm; overall weight kept below 8.5g to preserve dynamic balance. Mounting holes are countersunk to accept flat-head M2 screws, preventing protrusion into internal chassis space. Edges are radius-finished to avoid snagging on wiring or suspension linkages. Surface hardness reaches HV250–300 post-anodisation, resisting abrasion from frequent handling or tool contact during maintenance. Intended for users who value repeatability, traceability and mechanical fidelity — whether restoring vintage Micro-B kits, prepping for local RC league races, or curating display-worthy builds. Not suitable for modified or heavily upgraded drivetrains exceeding stock torque output.
