Dimensions: 92.5 mm (L) × 66 mm (W); net weight: 95 g; supports motherboards up to 35 mm in length. Constructed with durable, heat-resistant materials for stable, repeatable use. Features bidirectional adjustment of the central plate along two perpendicular axes for micron-level positioning accuracy. Internal bevelled clamping edges grip components securely without slippage during thermal stress. Suspended mounting design lifts the motherboard slightly off the base to limit conductive heat transfer and safeguard sensitive ICs and solder joints. Optimised specifically for rework and replacement of QFP, SOIC, and BGA-adjacent chips on compact PCBs.
