A ready-to-install FK+FF support assembly for SFU1204 ball screws, fabricated from carbon steel and treated with a blackening process for dimensional stability and surface protection. Includes one FK fixed-side bearing block and one FF floating-side bearing block, both pre-greased with lithium soap grease and sealed with a purpose-designed gasket to maintain lubricant integrity and block particulate ingress. Mounting methodology adheres to best-practice CNC standards: FK side secured via lock nut, cushion block and inner hex bolts; FF side bearing fixed to shaft with retaining ring before insertion. Delivers high rigidity, precise rotational control and sustained performance under repeated loading—ideal for compact CNC routers, 3D printer gantries and automated lab equipment.
