Precision Aluminium Brake Piston

Engineered as a functional upgrade for SRAM hydraulic brake lever service, this piston is manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminium and paired with two EPDM rubber oil seals compatible with SRAM mineral oil. Its compact form factor (12.5 mm diameter, ~8 g weight) ensures compatibility with tight internal caliper geometries. Validated for use across SRAM’s long-type (DB5, Level, Guide R/RE/RS/T) and short-type (Level TL/TLM/Ultimate, Guide RSC/Ultimate) lever platforms. Addresses real-world rider concerns such as lever sponginess, inconsistent bite point and premature pad drag — all traceable to degraded or expanded original pistons.
