Precision 85V Bidirectional Power Sensor

This module implements the INA228 IC to provide laboratory-grade DC power monitoring in a minimal footprint. It supports accurate bidirectional current measurement alongside bus voltage and real-time power calculation, all referenced to a maximum 85V common-mode potential. The 20-bit resolution ensures reliable detection of tiny current variations—even at microamp levels—when paired with appropriate sense resistors. Configuration and data retrieval occur entirely over I²C, with support for programmable conversion times, averaging windows, and alert response modes. The bare PCB construction avoids unnecessary layers of abstraction, giving full electrical access to critical nodes including VBUS, VSense+, VSense−, and ALERT outputs—making it suitable for both educational exploration and professional debugging workflows.
