Precision 1kg Gold Casting Refractory Mould

Each mould has outer dimensions of 100 × 50 × 25 mm and an inner cavity sized 90 × 40 × 20 mm, calibrated for accurate 1 kg gold or 500 g silver ingot formation. Fabricated from high-density refractory compound containing no ash or volatile binders — ensuring neutral interaction with molten metals and preserving alloy composition. Exhibits outstanding thermal conductivity for faster heat dissipation and improved solidification control. Rated for continuous operation at 2000°C, backed by verified mechanical properties: 89 MPa compressive strength and 48.7 MPa flexural strength. Highly resistant to acids, abrasion and mechanical stress. Compatible with gold, silver, aluminium, copper, brass and zinc — ideal for academic demonstrations, jewellery production support and small-batch precious metal recovery operations.
