This mechanical edge finder is designed for use with traditional milling machines and comprehensive processing equipment to perform precise workpiece alignment. It operates effectively at a rotational speed of 400 to 600 rpm. 1. Made from carbon steel, the tool measures 90mm in total length with a large end diameter of 20mm and a small end diameter of 10mm. 2. The integrated 4mm probe enables accurate measurement of small apertures and narrow grooves while delivering repeated measurement accuracy within 0.005mm without clamping error. 3. The lower rotary section features an anti-magnetic design to maintain stable operation during machining processes. 4. The package contains one mechanical edge finder and a storage box.
