PP Y Type Dual Mesh Water Filter

A compact, inline Y-type water filter made entirely from polypropylene (PP), featuring a stainless steel double-layer mesh insert sized for φ25 mm PPR piping (fits 26–27 mm outer diameter hot melt pipes). Total unit length is approx. 120 mm; weight approx. 180 g. The PP housing delivers impact resistance and compatibility with water temperatures up to 70°C. The dual-layer stainless steel mesh—woven with consistent aperture sizing—retains coarse contaminants while sustaining hydraulic performance. Its Y-configuration creates natural sediment separation: flow splits at the junction, pushing debris downward into the removable collection chamber. Suitable for permanent installation in domestic cold-water lines, garden irrigation networks, booster pump inlets, and light industrial process feeds where mechanical prefiltration is critical before sensitive downstream components.
