The outer layer is premium-grade polyester fabric, chosen for its tensile strength, minimal stretch, and resistance to iron-induced discolouration. Internally, it is uniformly packed with compacted sawdust — offering firm yet forgiving resistance ideal for controlled pressing of three-dimensional garment elements. One side displays a subtle check pattern, designated for low-to-medium heat applications on wool, silk, and synthetic blends; the other side is plain white, intended for medium-to-high heat pressing on linen, cotton drill, and canvas. Its seamless curvature and absence of hard edges make it suitable for delicate collar rolls, sleeve caps, and darted seams — whether used externally or inserted directly into garment openings.
