Polyamide M8 Flat Washers 100 pcs

A pack of 100 M8 flat washers, each measuring 16 mm in outer diameter and 1.7 mm in thickness, manufactured to DIN 125 specification. Constructed from white polyamide (PA/nylon), these washers provide reliable resistance to rust and oxidation, making them ideal for use in humid, coastal, or chemically exposed environments where traditional metal variants fail prematurely. Individual unit weight is 0.25 g, supporting efficient logistics and storage. Their mechanical profile balances rigidity and controlled deformation—distributing bolt load evenly while accommodating minor surface misalignment or substrate softness. Positioned between fastener heads and workpieces, they protect surfaces, aid sealing, and prolong joint life—particularly where vibration, thermal cycling, or repeated servicing occurs. Validated for use with aluminium and steel components, they’re routinely specified in plumbing systems, domestic appliance assembly, retail display construction, and light engineering projects—both within climate-controlled interiors and covered outdoor areas across the UK and wider European market.
