PMG-Based Two-Phase AVR for Generator Stability

Dimensions: 15.3 × 13.9 × 3.9 cm. Housing: Robust metal frame with polycarbonate (PC) cover for thermal and electrical insulation. Compatible only with brushless generators using permanent magnet generator (PMG) excitation. The MX341 uses true two-phase voltage sensing from the main stator winding to compute regulation error — improving accuracy over single-phase methods, especially under phase-unbalanced loads. Its excitation energy comes entirely from an independent three-phase PMG, shielding sensitive AVR electronics from voltage spikes, harmonics, and electromagnetic noise generated by non-linear loads connected to the generator terminals. Regulation logic continuously adapts to real-time changes in generator loading, winding temperature, and power factor — ensuring output voltage remains tightly controlled across full load range and ambient conditions. Droop CT interface allows direct integration into multi-generator sites where automatic load sharing and system redundancy are required.
