Optimised for 0.17 mm cover glass, it reduces chromatic and spherical aberrations while delivering uniform focus across the full field. The lens is mounted in a robust metal housing with a 20 mm thread, silver-coloured finish, and fixed nosecone. It supports both brightfield and darkfield imaging modes and contains no iris mechanism. Ideal for routine inspection, education, and materials analysis where reproducibility and field flatness matter most.
