White: SignalFor Modbus CRC Verification Steps:
1. Pre set a 16bit register to hexadecimal FFFF, this register is called the CRC register.
2. XOR the first 8-bit data with the low end of the CRC register and put the result in the CRC register.
3. Right shift the contents of the register by one bit (towards the low end), fill in 0 at the highest end, and check the lowest end.
4. If the lowest end is 0: repeat step 3 (shift again) if the lowest end is 1: The CRC register XORs with polynomial A001 (1010 0000 0000 0001).
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you shift right 8 times. This processes the entire 8bit data.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to process the next 8bit data.
The final CRC register is the CRC code (the obtained CRC code is low before high).
Troubleshooting:
The instrument shows incorrect values during output. This may be due to wiring problems or communicating port failures which prevent the correct data from being obtained. Please check whether the wiring is correct and secure, whether the serial port is occupied, and whether the settings of the serial port are correct.
