PE Vertical Siphon Trap DN40/50

A purpose-built vertical siphon trap made from white polyethylene (PE), designed exclusively for urinal drainage in commercial washrooms. It connects via a 50 mm urinal outlet to a 40 mm waste line (DN40/DN50), with total height of 125 mm and mass of 0.32 kg. Its core function is to maintain a reliable water seal after each flush, physically isolating the room from sewer air. PE was chosen for its documented resistance to thermal stress (up to 95°C), oxidation from chlorine-based cleaners, and hydrolytic degradation — all verified under real-world facility conditions. A permanently attached rubber sealing lip ensures immediate, repeatable sealing performance at both connection interfaces without installer skill dependency.
