Two independent power input methods (6-pin and large 4-pin) enable motherboard-agnostic operation—especially valuable for older or non-standard boards lacking native PCIe power headers. Horizontal slot placement supports clean 2U integration, and the connector uses reinforced latching to prevent accidental disengagement. PCIe wiring follows strict impedance control and multi-layer shielding to preserve signal fidelity across full length. USB cables are UL-listed flexible types with tinned copper conductors.
