Board conforms to PCI Express Base Specification 1.1/2.0; occupies minimal motherboard footprint (107 mm × 69 mm) and draws power solely from the PCIe slot — no auxiliary Molex or SATA power required. Features ASIX AX99100 dual UART controller with 256-byte transmit/receive FIFO per port, hardware flow control, and full modem signal support. Material: FR-4 PCB with gold-plated DB9 connectors and ESD-protected circuitry. Operating temperature range: 0°C to 60°C — validated for continuous use in office desktops and light-industrial enclosures. Use cases span IT infrastructure (out-of-band server console access), manufacturing (machine tool serial interface), retail (legacy POS peripheral connectivity), and education labs (microcontroller debugging and sensor interfacing).
