Passive Mixer Module Low Noise Double Balanced Down Conversion

The HMC412 is a passive double-balanced mixer housed in an 8-pin MSOP plastic package. It integrates GaAs Schottky diodes and a planar transformer on-chip balun for radio frequency signal conversion tasks. 1. Functions as an up-converter, down-converter, two-phase modulator and demodulator, or phase comparator. 2. Supports a local oscillator frequency range of 9 to 15 gigahertz and an intermediate frequency range up to 2.5 gigahertz. 3. Features a conversion loss of 8 decibels with 25 decibels of isolation between the local oscillator and both RF and IF ports. 4. Offers a single-sideband noise figure of 8 decibels, a 1 dB gain compression point of 9.5 dBm, and an input IP3 of 17 dBm. 5. Contains one HMC412 module packaged in a plastic housing.
