P2S Hardened Steel Nozzle Set

Specifically developed for Bambu Lab P2S 3D printers, this replacement nozzle kit contains four hardened steel nozzles: 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm. Each nozzle is manufactured from hardened steel, with precise CNC machining ensuring uniform inner wall finish and strict aperture accuracy. Total kit weight is approximately 10 g (including packaging). Hardened steel offers superior resistance to erosion caused by abrasive filaments — including carbon fibre, glass fibre, wood-filled, and glow-in-the-dark materials — making it ideal for demanding print environments where nozzle wear would otherwise limit uptime and consistency. The material and machining quality support stable extrusion at elevated temperatures, reduce thermal creep effects, and help maintain consistent line width and layer height — directly contributing to improved surface finish, dimensional repeatability, and reduced post-processing effort.
