Set of two extra-large bread bags (17" × 12") made from undyed, GOTS-certified organic cotton, infused with a proprietary natural sealant of UK-sourced beeswax, cold-pressed jojoba oil, and sustainably harvested tree resin. The fabric thickness ensures resilience against tearing during repeated sealing and removal, while remaining soft enough to fold neatly in drawers or baskets. Functionally engineered for baked goods: the coating allows CO₂ release from fermenting sourdough while limiting oxygen ingress — slowing oxidative rancidity in wholegrain flours and delaying microbial spoilage. Ideal for ambient, fridge, or freezer storage depending on intended shelf life.
