A rigorously tested, high-fidelity replacement wear ring for Sea-Doo SPARK ACE 900, HO ACE and TRIXX jet propulsion systems (2014–2021). Built to replicate the original 267000617 specification in every measurable parameter — including wall thickness, chamfer angles, radial runout and surface finish — it ensures zero compromise on hydraulic integrity. The high-strength ABS compound resists creep, swelling and fatigue under sustained operational loads typical of personal watercraft use. Wear rings degrade gradually as abrasive particles pass through the intake — widening the impeller clearance and allowing water to slip past the blades instead of being accelerated. This leads to diminished thrust, increased fuel consumption per mile and audible cavitation ‘chatter’. This replacement halts that degradation cycle and reinstates factory-rated pump efficiency. Designed for confident self-installation, it includes no additional hardware but requires standard SPARK service tools. Verified across all known SPARK pump revisions, it supports both early-generation 2UP platforms and later 3UP and TRIXX configurations — making it the single most widely applicable wear ring for the SPARK lineage.
