OEM-Spec Curved Pawl Pull Start Kit

Engineered as a direct-fit replacement for Honda GX160 and GX200 5.5HP and 6.5HP engines and compatible clones, this pull start assembly uses a curved steel rod pawl design for optimal flywheel engagement. Key dimensions include a 1.97 inch (55 mm) ratchet diameter, 6.30 inch (160 mm) centre-to-centre hole spacing, and 3.15 inch (80 mm) adjacent hole spacing. The housing combines metal structural elements for friction resistance and durability with impact-resistant plastic components. Pull cord operation remains smooth and robust, supported by an integrated coil spring that ensures fast, dependable recoil. Package includes one pull plate, one rope, and three mounting screws. Colour: red and black. Note that colour representation may vary slightly across displays, and dimensional tolerances are ±1–3 cm.
