Nylon-Reinforced Filter Valve Clamp

A purpose-built replacement clamp for 10 inch sand filter systems, measuring 7.08 inches (18 cm) across its open span. Constructed from high-grade, chlorine-resistant plastic with nylon reinforcement at stress points for enhanced tensile strength. Designed to interface directly with standard multiport valve flanges on sand filters used in UK domestic pools and hot tubs. Includes one clamp unit with pre-matched M6 stainless steel bolts and hex nuts. Dimensions accommodate typical 10 inch tank neck diameters (254 mm nominal), with ±3 mm tolerance allowance. Weight: 120 g. Installation requires initial finger-tightening followed by minimal wrench-assisted final torque to avoid valve seat distortion.
