Compact foldable trap with 30 cm diameter and 15 cm height when fully expanded; weighs only 280 g. Made from abrasion-resistant nylon mesh stitched to a continuous 0.1-inch metal support ring and six radial frame segments. Six symmetrical entry holes (3.5 cm Ø) positioned at optimal angles for natural fish approach paths. Activation requires only one smooth pull on the central cord — the frame springs open and locks into position automatically. Closure is achieved via a robust nylon coil zipper, tested for 500+ cycles without failure. Rope attachment point is double-stitched for load distribution. Primarily intended for freshwater bait collection across England, Wales and Scotland — performs reliably in weedy margins, gravel shallows and shaded bankside zones.
