Nylon 3/4 Inch Tank Internal Valve

A compact, fully submersible automatic float valve intended for internal mounting inside water storage tanks and cisterns. Dimensions conform to 3/4 inch nominal pipe size; body and float are moulded from white nylon for chemical resistance and longevity. Designed exclusively for clean water applications, it functions reliably at temperatures ≤70°C and pressures between 0.02 and 1.0 MPa. Intended for use with UK-standard mains supply or domestic booster pumps fitted with pressure switches — unsuitable for siphon or unpressurised artesian sources unless minimum 1.5 m static head is guaranteed. Installation mandates vertical float alignment: secure inlet piping horizontally first, then attach valve per specification. Ensure upstream shut-off valve remains fully open. For dual-valve configurations, mount both units at exactly the same height. Always flush supply lines before commissioning to prevent debris ingress. In areas with variable water quality, inspect and rinse the valve periodically if fill times increase.
