NTSC PAL USB Video Capture Device

Ultra-compact (88 × 28 × 18 mm) USB-powered video capture unit supporting NTSC, PAL and SECAM standards. Draws only 5V DC up to 250mA from the host PC’s USB port — no wall adapter required. Offers native full-screen DVD resolution capture: 720×480 @30fps (NTSC) or 720×576 @25fps (PAL) over USB 2.0; drops to 320×240/320×288 at lower frame rates when used with USB 1.1. Equipped with one S-Video and one composite RCA input, full-format support (MPEG-1/2/4, DivX, AVI, WMV, DV, SVCD/VCD, DVD), adjustable bit rate up to 10000 kbps, and real-time image controls (brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness). Includes snapshot function saving stills as BMP or JPEG, resizable video window, full-screen display option, and seamless switching between PC output, composite and S-Video sources. Compatible with free third-party video conferencing tools and analogue CCTV camera inputs for DIY surveillance applications.
