NTSC PAL USB Video Capture Card

This VHS DVD maker video capture card is constructed from plastic and electronic components. It natively supports both NTSC (720 × 480 @ 30 fps) and PAL (720 × 576 @ 25 fps) broadcast standards. Inputs include one RCA composite video port and one S-Video port, plus left/right RCA stereo audio inputs. It converts analog video from VHS, VHS-C and Video8 tapes into digital H.264 or MPEG-4 files, with audio captured independently of the host PC’s sound card. Powered and connected solely via USB 2.0 — no external power source required. Fully compatible with Windows XP (SP2 or higher), Windows 2000, Windows 7 and Windows 8. System requirements: Pentium 4 1.7 GHz or equivalent CPU (Intel/Athlon 1.4 GHz minimum, higher recommended), 256 MB RAM, VGA graphics card with 32 MB VRAM, and one free USB 2.0 port.
