NRF51822 2.4GHz BLE Mini Module

Compact 2.4 GHz wireless module centred on the Nordic nRF51822 SoC. Measures 15 × 15 × 1.6 mm and uses an integrated PCB antenna. Complies with Bluetooth Low Energy 4.0 and supports multi-protocol operation including proprietary 2.4 GHz stacks. Operating voltage: 1.9–3.6 V. Temperature range: -25°C to +85°C. Transmit power: +4 dBm to -20 dBm (adjustable in 4 dB steps); receive sensitivity: -93 dBm. Current consumption: 10.5 mA TX, 13 mA RX. Memory: 256 KB flash / 16 KB RAM. Interfaces include 6 GPIOs, ADC, SPI, UART, and two-wire serial port. Features programmable peripheral interconnect, RTC, watchdog, RNG, on-chip temperature sensor, and 32.768 kHz oscillator (250 ppm). Supports secure over-the-air firmware updates.
