Non-Stick Flip Baking Frame

24 cm round frame with dual flat cooking plates. Total weight: 1.2 kg. Base construction: 3-ply bonded structure — outer 0.7 mm stainless steel, central 2.2 mm aluminium, inner 0.5 mm stainless steel — optimised for induction responsiveness and warp resistance. Ceramic non-stick coating applied evenly to both interior surfaces using low-temperature plasma bonding for adhesion integrity. Function: Batter or fillings are placed on the lower plate, lid closed and latched, then unit is rotated 180° — heat continues uninterrupted across both surfaces. Cooks pancakes in ~20 seconds, French toast in ~75 seconds, grilled cheese in ~2.5 minutes. Compatible with all domestic UK hobs except halogen-only units with insufficient magnetic coupling. Intended for frequent home use: tested for thermal cycling (200°C → ambient × 500 cycles) with zero coating delamination or hinge fatigue. Hand-wash only — avoid metal utensils, steel wool, or bleach-based cleaners to maintain coating longevity.
