Neptune 4 Preinstalled Hotend Assembly

A ready-to-install hotend assembly built for Elegoo Neptune 4 printers. Features aluminum housing and brass nozzle, with integrated heating rod, thermistor, POM wheel socks and coupling parts — no assembly required. The key engineering focus is thermal zoning: the nozzle and heat break are joined with minimal gap to improve heat dissipation at the tip and boost insulation above, lowering the risk of heat creep and nozzle jams. Installation is strictly mechanical — remove old unit, mount new one, secure with supplied screws. Colour representation may vary slightly due to photography conditions and screen calibration, but dimensional and functional accuracy is maintained. Package contains one hotend kit and one 0.4 mm nozzle only — no additional items included.
