Multi Layer Folding Ironing Cloth

12-inch square (30 cm × 30 cm) insulated ironing cloth. Total thickness: approx. 6–7 mm. Materials: 100% cotton top layer; non-woven absorbent pad; vacuum-deposited aluminium foil film; brushed polyester base layer. Fully machine washable (cold, gentle cycle); air dry recommended. Structure delivers dual thermal functions: top layer accepts and spreads heat uniformly; middle layer absorbs and temporarily retains moisture released during pressing; foil layer reflects >85% of incident heat back toward the workpiece; base layer insulates and cushions. This system reduces required iron dwell time by maintaining surface temperature longer—particularly beneficial for thicker fabrics like denim or canvas where heat penetration is slower. Commonly used for school textile projects, scout badge application, church group crafts, and micro-business apparel branding. Compatible with UK plug-rated domestic irons (up to 220 V / 2400 W), EU-standard heat presses, and manual Easy Press units.
