Available in two-layer (30 x 28 cm), three-layer (30 x 48 cm), or four-layer (30 x 70 cm) variants, this lightweight fishing trap is built for versatility and durability. The frame consists of steel wire fully coated in waterproof nylon, forming a robust yet flexible skeleton wrapped in tightly braided nylon mesh. This construction resists wear, UV degradation, and corrosion in both marine and freshwater conditions. Bait is attached directly through the mesh holes; once submerged, the cage passively captures mobile aquatic species including crabs, lobsters, shrimp, mackerel, crawfish, smelt, and minnows. Its collapsible design eliminates setup time and reduces storage footprint. For optimal longevity, place only in clear, debris-free zones — as protruding rocks or branches may catch and tear the mesh.
