Multi-Joint Soldering Auxiliary Workstation

A purpose-built auxiliary tool combining structural integrity with fine-grained adjustability. Its foundation is a CNC-machined aluminium alloy base — dense, non-porous and dimensionally stable — engineered to remain stationary during aggressive soldering motions or tweezing. Four flexible arms, two at 290 mm and two at 400 mm, connect via precision-machined universal joints that retain position without creep or drift. Each arm carries a stainless steel alligator clip with 360° rotational freedom and strong, consistent clamping force. All components are designed for mechanical longevity: no plastic gears, no rubber bushings prone to compression set, and no adhesives — just metal-on-metal articulation and threaded fastening. Ideal for repetitive tasks in education, prototyping, and small-batch production settings.
